Mares Hybrid BCD
The Hybrid is a very compact travel BCD.
The main feature on this BCD is probably the hinged backpack that folds in half for easy stowing.
It comes with a completely detachable harness and aircell. Seamless shoulder straps and special padding around the wings of the back pack ensures comfort. It weights only 3.8 Kg which is good news as many airlines cut back on their baggage allowance.
This is not a BCD for heave use, however, the Cordura 420 material is still good for quiet a few trips. An additional feature are the trim weight pockets at the back. Mares also offers a Hybrid She Dives version of this BCD, especially tailored for women divers.
